  1. TV warranty will be void if any spare-parts are burned or damaged due to lightening/electricity problem/high voltage.
  2. Any damage for misuse or mishandling of the products, like water damage or liquid damage, any liquid inside TV, heat or fire attachment, hitting damages etc, or any broken cases or repairing the product with any unauthorized technician will void the warranty.
  3. The product is being used for commercial purpose OR if the product has been excessively and beyond reasonable usage as permitted within the product instruction manual.
  4. Voice search and the efficiency of server depend upon the speed of the internet, according to the regions/location, due to these cases the warranty will not be applicable.
  5. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, and spares not being available, ROWA prevailing depreciation rules will be binding on the purchaser and same shall be considered as a commercial solution in lieu of repairs.
  6. Defects caused due to exposure to moisture/dampness/extreme thermal or environmental conditions and dust patch inside LED not covered in warranty.
  7. Defects due to cause beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage, spikes, external sources (ex: cable/set to box connections), fire, water logging, natural climates, commotion, riots, theft, anti-social actions, acts of God or while in transit.
  8. The duly filed warranty card/proof of purchase is not presented to the service engineer at the time of repairs being undertaken or requested.
  9. All plastic parts/front body or back cabinet (or any aesthetic part) and necessaries repair/replacement would not be covered in warranty period, and must be checked during the time of taking delivery either by hand or at home, as the company will not be responsible for any damage reported of these items/parts at later stage.
  10. During the 1st year of warranty service, company will only provide transport service to bring & delivery the product to authorized home care service center for location within city municipal limits, extra freight will be applicable for all the location outside the municipal city limit and customer will bear necessary payment for such transport service and from 2nd year onwards 100% transport cost would be borne by customer incase if any is require to bring/delivery at home care service center.
  11. Customer will have to sign documents verifying the physical (aesthetic) condition of the product before loading/unloading of the product at customer house and after receiving the product, later company will not be liable, if such issue reported at later stage.
  12. The defective parts/products which were replaced by Transcom service under warranty shall be the property of Transcom service.
